More Than Objects. A Deeper Purpose.
Huis & Haveli began with a shared love for Indian craftsmanship and a simple question: why shouldn’t these beautiful traditions have a place in contemporary European life?
Every piece we offer is handmade by artisans in India, using techniques that have been passed down through families for centuries. When you bring one home, you help those skills earn a living today and give the next generation a reason to learn them.
Because the market is filled with mass-produced imitations, we personally vet each piece for its true origin, craftsmanship, and connection to the tradition behind it. Some of our crafts also carry a Geographical Indication (GI) tag. This is an official mark, similar to the protection given to Champagne or Parmigiano Reggiano, which confirms that a product genuinely comes from the region famous for making it.
We work with skilled artisans and craft communities across India, helping their work reach new people and new places. Our role is to bring these two worlds together, choosing pieces that suit the way people live in Europe today while staying true to the hands that made them.
And the rest of the story is yours. Where it sits, who notices it, and the conversations it starts.
